President Aristide, who raised the minimum wage, opposed privatization and decommissioned the repressive Haitian army, was forced to leave Haiti.

Against his will, under false pretenses and under US control, he was flown to the Central African Republic, governed by a repressive military regime where he is guarded by troops.

Guy Philippe, a US trained army death squad leader, and Jodel Chamblain and Jean Tatoune, FRAPH members convicted for the 1994 Raboteau Massacre are leading the terrorist rebel forces. They are attacking police stations, emptying jails, and killing human rights activists and civilians.

Presently US forces in Haiti are not protecting Haitians from this terror, only “US assets” within the country.
